At Lunel Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. Please read the full details below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be brand new, unused, and unworn.

Items must be in original condition and packaging (including tags, boxes, and pouches).

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery cannot be returned.

Custom or engraved items are returnable only if defective or damaged.


How to Request a Return

Email hello@lunelfashion.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval using a trackable service.

We will inspect the item within 3 business days of receiving it.

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Situations Covered

1. Change of Mind

Request within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be brand new and unused.

Customer pays return shipping.

2. Exchanges (Size/Color)

Request within 30 days of delivery.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will cover return shipping.

Replacement or refund will be issued after inspection.

4. Wrong Item Received

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.

5. Package Did Not Arrive

If tracking shows no update for 10 days, contact us.

We will open a carrier case and issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.

6. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: Email us immediately to cancel.

After shipment: Follow the standard return process.


Refund Timeline

Inspection time: within 3 business days after we receive the return.

Refund posting: within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, used, washed, or altered.

Items not in their original packaging.

Custom or engraved products (unless defective).

Clearance or final-sale items (if noted on product page).


Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for safe and trackable return shipping unless Lunel Fashion is at fault (faulty, damaged, or wrong items).

Lunel Fashion is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
