Order Processing

Standard items are handmade to order and ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom or engraved pieces require additional craftsmanship and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being prepared for shipment.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail: $5.90 on all orders under $50.

Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders of $50 or more.

Upgraded carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) available on request. Contact hello@lunelfashion.com before placing your order for a custom quote.

Order Status & Tracking

Missing or Delayed Items

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first.

If your order has not arrived within:

10 business days (U.S.)

Please email hello@lunelfashion.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation.

Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
