By using lunelfashion.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the general principles for the Site—whether or not you have read every section. These Terms & Conditions apply only to pages on lunelfashion.com. If you follow a link to any other domain, these terms do not apply. As used in these Terms & Conditions, “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “Lunel Fashion” refers to lunelfashion.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates. THESE TERMS INCLUDE IMPORTANT PROVISIONS—SUCH AS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND VENUE FOR DISPUTES—THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
You must accept all of these Terms & Conditions before becoming a registered user or making a purchase. By continuing to use the Site, you agree that these Terms apply whenever you use the Site or any service we offer through it. Additional policies (for example, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Promotions Rules) may apply to specific services; if those conflict with these Terms, the more specific policy will control for that service. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions—including any linked policies—do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Each time you visit, review the current Terms. The “LAST UPDATED” date above shows when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; however, material changes will not retroactively apply to disputes arising before the change date.
We may, at any time: modify or discontinue any part of the Site; change, add, or waive fees; or offer certain features to some but not all users.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the Site or email us, you communicate electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically (email or on-site notices) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with your use of the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete—and that you will update such information as needed. We may terminate or restrict your access if we determine information you provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Certain areas of the Site may require registration. We may refuse usernames or emails that: are already in use; impersonate another person; violate intellectual property rights; personally identify someone without permission; are offensive; or are otherwise unacceptable in our sole discretion.
Your username and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity that occurs under your account. Lunel Fashion reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
TERMINATION
We may, without notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your account or access to the Site if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. We may deactivate or delete your account credentials and any associated data and block further access. We are not liable for termination-related losses or for providing copies of data after termination. Sections that by nature should survive (warranties, limitations, indemnities, etc.) will survive termination.
TRANSACTIONS
We make products and services available for purchase and may use third-party providers to enable checkout and payment. If you make a purchase (“Transaction”), you may be asked to provide payment details (credit card number, expiration date, billing and shipping info). YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY PAYMENT METHOD SUBMITTED. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share it with third parties (payment processors, fraud screening) to complete your Transaction. Verification may be required before acceptance or shipment.
Descriptions and images of third-party products do not imply Lunel Fashion’s endorsement. All descriptions, specs, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Measurements are approximate. Inclusion of a product at a given time does not guarantee availability. You are responsible for complying with all laws regarding purchase, possession, and use of products you buy. By ordering, you represent that the products will be used lawfully.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to: limit quantities; discontinue products; restrict or condition promotional offers; cancel or refuse any order; or deny service. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when incurred, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS & OTHER USER CONTENT
We welcome reviews, photos, comments, and other content (“User Content”) as long as it complies with these Terms. We do not endorse or guarantee any User Content.
By submitting User Content, you represent that it is accurate; does not violate law; does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and does not contain malware, hate, or spam. You also confirm you were not paid by a third party to submit undisclosed promotional content.
You are solely responsible for User Content you post. You agree to indemnify Lunel Fashion for claims arising from your submissions. We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to monitor, edit, refuse, or remove User Content for any reason. We may disclose User Content and related data if required by law, to protect Lunel Fashion, to enforce these Terms, or to protect others.
License Grant: By posting or submitting User Content, you grant Lunel Fashion a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, perform, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, and otherwise exploit such content in any media now known or later developed—without compensation to you. If you include a name with your submission, you grant us the right (but not the obligation) to use it in connection with the content.
User Content may become public. Do not submit confidential information or creative concepts you do not wish to license.
You must provide a valid email address when submitting User Content. By doing so, you agree that Lunel Fashion (and service providers) may contact you regarding your submission or related matters.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license and that your content complies with law. You irrevocably waive any “moral rights” to attribution or integrity to the extent allowed by law.
Other users may post inaccurate or misleading content. Lunel Fashion is not responsible for third-party statements, errors, or results arising from reliance on User Content. Use User Content at your own risk.
COLORS
We strive to display product colors accurately. Because display settings vary by device, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will precisely match the product.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS & INACCURACIES
If an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased. Packaging may change while the product remains the same; you may receive updated packaging different from images shown.
Order acknowledgment email means we received your order—not that it has been accepted or shipped. Despite efforts to keep information current, errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or images may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders at any time (including after submission). If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and, when possible, offer alternatives.
RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied. Under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@lunelfashion.com for a Return Authorization and instructions before sending anything back—packages returned without approval may not be accepted.
Returns for non-defective items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement product, depending on the situation.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): unauthorized access attempts; data scraping; altering Site behavior; probing security; overloading or attacking servers; spamming; impersonation; sending unauthorized commercial email; or distributing malware.
You further agree not to: (a) post unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or infringing content; (b) harass or violate privacy rights; (c) impersonate Lunel Fashion or others; (d) restrict Site use by others; (e) advertise goods/services without written consent; (f) reproduce or exploit Site content commercially without permission; (g) reverse engineer Site code; (h) remove proprietary notices; (i) frame or mirror the Site without consent; or (j) systematically download Site content to build a database.
Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
EXPORT POLICY
Products (including technology/software) sold through the Site may be subject to U.S. and international export laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export regulations (e.g., Export Administration Act). Copying or redistributing Site software is prohibited.
International buyers are responsible for compliance with customs rules, import restrictions, duties, and taxes in their destination country. We are not responsible for customs holds, fees, or confiscations; such orders are non-refundable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data, software, and compilations) is owned by or licensed to Lunel Fashion and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may download or print limited materials for personal use only, without modification, and must retain all copyright/trademark notices. No license is granted except as expressly stated. Any other use—including reproduction, distribution, display, or derivative creation—requires prior written permission.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Site may link to third-party sites (social media, vendors, manufacturers). Lunel Fashion is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review those sites’ terms and privacy policies before use. Linking does not imply endorsement. You access third-party resources at your own risk.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES — GENERAL
We strive for reliable access, but we cannot guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet every user’s needs.
THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND USER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LUNEL FASHION MAKES NO WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EMAILS OR FILES FROM THE SITE ARE FREE OF MALWARE.
Some products may include their own manufacturer warranties; those are between you and the manufacturer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNEL FASHION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT—INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT.
INDEMNIFICATION
As a condition of using the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lunel Fashion, its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, investigations, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
NOTICES
If we need to contact you, we may do so via email hello@lunelfashion.com or by posting a notice on the Site. Notice is deemed given 24 hours after email is sent or posting occurs, unless we’re notified that delivery failed. Mailed notices are deemed given three (3) days after mailing.
RULES FOR PROMOTIONS
Sweepstakes, contests, raffles, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) offered through the Site are governed by their own rules, which may supplement or supersede portions of these Terms. Read all Promotion rules carefully before participating.
FILTERING NOTICE
Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230(d), you are notified that parental control protections (computer hardware, software, filtering services) are commercially available to help limit minors’ access to harmful material. Information is available at: GetNetWise (http://kids.getnetwise.org/) and OnGuard Online (http://onguardonline.gov/). Lunel Fashion does not endorse any particular provider.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in New Jersey (including the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms & Conditions (including incorporated policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and Lunel Fashion regarding the Site and supersede prior communications. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed. Delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign ours. Printed copies of electronic communications are admissible in legal proceedings. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
